Director / Occupational Therapist

Abby takes great pride in helping families to feel connected and valued, listening and learning together. Being an experienced therapist and a Mum, she understands every day can be different and we all experience our own unique journey in life. This translates to her role at GoldilOTs bringing a sense of warmness and kindness. She is passionate about helping families to build confidence, resilience and meaningful engagement in life. As the Director of GoldilOTs she is extremely proud of the outstanding team of experienced therapists.

NICOLE TZAROS

Practice Manager

Nicole is our Practice Manager and your first point of contact at GoldilOTs. She is responsible for your administrative needs and is a friendly voice at the end of the phone.

Nicole is committed to building strong relationships with participants and families. She is reliable and listens to individuals needs with care, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported every step of the way.  

Nicole is a Mum to two teenage daughters and she appreciates the busy nature of life and the various challenges experienced by many. Nicole will be sure to make your GoldilOTs experience pleasant and enjoyable.

EMMA BURKE

Intake and Support Manager

Emma is passionate about ensuring all participants and families feel supported whilst they embark on a positive journey with GoldilOTs.

Emma brings a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail. Emma takes pride in ensuring families not only feel welcomed, but comfortable and are well informed. 

Emma is a mother of 4 children and understands the challenges and commitment to bringing up a family.

Senior Occupational Therapist

Carly is passionate about working with children and adolescents to develop their confidence, self-esteem, social skills and general well-being. Carly values an individualised approach to therapy, and recognises each person as their own being. She is committed to ongoing learning and research, to ensure she utilises an evidence-based approach towards her therapy sessions. Carly delivers a variety of approaches including animal-assisted and play-based therapy, incorporating the individual's interests to the core of her practice.

Senior Occupational Therapist

Courtney is an experienced therapist who prides herself on her friendly and approachable manner. She is passionate about working with children and families to ensure that they are able to engage and participate in activities that are meaningful to them. Courtney understands that every family is unique and works to incorporate evidenced based practiced into their life. Courtney likes to make every session fun and enjoyable so that the child has a safe space to develop their skills.

CHLOE HANN

Occupational Therapist

Chloe is passionate about working with both children and adults to enable independence and growth in meaningful occupations. Chloe understands that each person is unique in their abilities and interests and tailors individualised and evidence-based therapy to meet their needs. Working together with families, Chloe focuses on open communication as well as researching and problem solving what will work best for her families. She enjoys maintaining the fun in therapy, designing sessions that build confidence, resilience, self-esteem and positivity.  

ELLA FITZPATRICK

Occupational Therapist

Ella is a dedicated and kind Occupational Therapist. She is passionate about supporting individuals to identify their strengths, build self-esteem, resilience and improve their quality of life. The foundations of her practice are influenced through building a strong rapport and developing a thorough understanding of an individuals’ goals, interests and personality. Ella seeks to deliver sessions that are fun, creative and strengths focused.

LEAH BUCKMAN-SANDERS

Leah is passionate about helping children and families to participate meaningfully in their everyday activities. Leah understands the importance of family-centered-practice and being able to integrate therapy into family life. She aims to empower caregivers through creating evidence-based interventions that are realistic, achievable and fun for children and their families.  Leah values each child's unique personality, and works to build on their strengths and interests.

Emma has a positive and happy energy along with a natural ability to tap into individual’s strengths and interests.   Emma is passionate about implementing a ‘client-centred’ practice, she brings out the best in those she works with, encouraging meaningful engagement and independence in life. Emma strives to utilise a holistic approach ensuring all circle of supports in an individual’s life are connected, working together with families and participants in all of their environments.

MIRIAM WOODS

Miriam is passionate about working with families to promote participation and engagement in everyday activities at home, kinder and in school settings. She believes in working in a holistic manner to build a strong foundation to support growth, independence and skill development. Miriam values the importance of setting goals that fit in with family life and enjoys using a variety of approaches to encourage inclusion.
