GoldilOTs is a fully registered NDIS provider, which means families with NDIS funding can access all of our services in line with their individualised plans. We’re here to support you in working towards the goals outlined in your NDIS plan, with tailored, evidence-based therapy.

MENTAL HEALTH CARE PLAN

Did you know your child may be eligible for Medicare rebates for Occupational Therapy sessions under a Mental Health Care Plan? This plan is arranged by your GP and provides access to up to 10 subsidised sessions per year with a registered Allied Health Professional, including Occupational Therapists. Rebates may vary. At our clinic, we work closely with families to support children experiencing challenges with emotional regulation, anxiety, attention, or other mental health concerns. If you think your child could benefit, speak with your GP about whether a Mental Health Care Plan is appropriate. If you already have a plan in place, we’re here to help guide you through the next steps and provide the support your child needs in a safe and nurturing environment.​

CHRONIC DISEASES MANAGEMENT PLAN

Your child may be eligible for Medicare rebates for Occupational Therapy sessions through a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan, previously known as an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan. This plan is prepared by your GP for children with a chronic medical condition or complex care needs and can include referrals to Allied Health Services including Occupational Therapy.
Under a CDM Plan, your child may receive up to five Medicare subsidised sessions per calendar year across all eligible allied health providers. Rebate's may vary. AUTISM INITIATIVE – PERVASIVE DEVELOPMENTAL DELAY (PDD)

If your child has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), they may be eligible for Medicare-funded occupational therapy sessions under the Medicare Autism Initiative. This program helps families access early intervention services to support their child’s development. Through this initiative, your child may be able to access up to 4 assessment sessions with Allied Health Professionals, including Occupational Therapists, to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning, and 20 therapy sessions in total (across all eligible allied health providers) for treatment after diagnosis.
